As explained Claude Sicre, the artistic director of the event, it is the “23rd year of People and Music in Cinema and a milestone marked by a new project, wanted since 2019”. If the health crisis has led to the implementation of certain ideas, the organizers represent where they were before the arrival of Covid-19.
