Le bureau de Bordeaux de Christie & Co accompagne Apicap dans la cession de 8 hôtels sous enseigne Altica
(Boursier.com) — The Christie & Co office in Bordeaux has just finalized the sale of 8 Altica hotels held by a group of investors led by the Parisian management company Apicap. The buyers are all professionals from the hotel world. A major sale which brings to 10 the number of Altica hotels sold by Christie & Co. Mandated exclusively by Altica, an independent hotel chain in the Greater South West, and its investors, the consulting firm specializing in the hotel industry had already operated in 2019 the sale of the establishments in Périgueux and Pau, respectively under the Ibis Budget and B&B brands.
Led by Yoann Vittoz, who heads the Bordeaux office of Christie & Co, and Emmanuel Aubrée, head of the Rennes office, the transaction concerns 8 2- and 3-star hotels representing 441 rooms held in premises and in business. Three establishments are located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, two in Teste-de-Buch, one in Anglet, one in La Rochelle and one in Sarlat.
The hotels attract a mixed business and leisure clientele and have undergone work or will be renovated to meet Kyriad, B&B, Ibis Budget, greet and Sure Hotel By Best Western standards.
