The day before the start of the Metronome Prague festival, top Ukrainian musicians will perform in Prague
Now she has announced that the day before the festival itself, I will add a concert with a program composed by Ukrainian performers. On Wednesday, June 22, at 7 pm, six greats of the local scene will play as part of the Ukrainian Freedom Voices event. All profits from the concert will go to the charity Tvoya Opora.
The dramaturgy was based on the popularity of invited artists directly in Ukraine in order to please Ukrainian runners who currently live in the Czech Republic and do not have access to live music from their homeland. At the same time, it was taken into account that the performing performers also addressed domestic listeners, thus deepening Czech awareness of the music that is being created in Ukraine and is popular.
The main star will be the NK singer, real name Nastia Kamenskykh. Also coming will be the three-member band Kazka, singer and musician Mélovin or singer Alekseev, who was the first Ukrainian performer whose song led the Apple Music charts and his views on YouTub have ten million views. Singer Jerry Heil and the electronic duo Tvorchi will also arrive.
The concert of Ukrainian Freedom Voices will be personally supported on the stage at the Exhibition Grounds by Michael Kocáb, Emma Smetana and Jordan Haj on behalf of the Czech side. The concert is supported on social networks by Dara Rolins, Ben Cristovao, Marek Ztracený and many others. In the evening, Czech Television will stream on its website.
