Who remains fixed, who could still go: Salzburg sports director Freund clarifies
While Rasmus Kristensen and Mohamed Camara are likely to leave the club this summer, according to sports director Christoph Freund, Red Bull Salzburg could also build on the talents of Nicolas Seiwald, Luka Sucic, Benjamin Sesko and Noah Okafor next season.

Series champions Red Bull Salzburg are still expecting two regulars to leave in the summer. “I’m assuming that maybe two more leading players will leave the club. Rasmus Kristensen and Mo Camara are ready to take the next step in their careers,” said sports director Christoph Freund of the “Salzburger Nachrichten”. Most recently, the club had sold Karim Adeyemi (Dortmund) and Brenden Aaronson (Leeds) for a total of over 60 million euros.
The changes to Kristensen and Camara, who still have valid contracts, would flush another 35 to 40 million into the club coffers, the SN calculates. On the other hand, Freund ruled out a transfer from Noah Okafor: “Noah stays in Salzburg.” This also applies to Nicolas Seiwald, Luka Sucic and Benjamin Sesko. “I’m delighted that we’ll be working together for another season with our talents, who showed their best last season,” said Freund.
Of the players who have been loaned out so far, Amar Dedic, Dorgeles Nené and Youba Diarrà will resume training in Salzburg.
