The federal party project “School of a competent user” this year for the eighth time the Neighbors’ Day holiday on a large-scale level. The events will be held at more than 2,000 venues in 68 experts of our country, said the federal coordinator of the School of Competent User project, a deputy of the Moscow City Duma Alexander Kozlov.

“If in the early years it was mainly in neighboring tea parties and gatherings, subbotniks in certain courtyards, now the formats are the most common and numerous observations in common tribal and common municipal territories. These are educational, sports, environmental events, concerts, a special program for children with master classes, games, quests. All this is happening and attracting the attention of even more neighbors,” he said.

Alexander Kozlov drew attention to the fact that resource-supplying organizations and local executive authorities, and not those belonging only to owners and tenants in apartment buildings, are increasingly joining the campaign.

“The life of an apartment building, its condition, of course, depends primarily on the residents themselves, on, as an extension with its own responsibility of the managing organization. The importance of the role of resources, from the choice of the quality of utilities and their cost, as well as from the authorities, one of the settings of the parameters, others control the work of the UK and RSO. It’s great. Many themselves are already showing interest and are ready to participate,” said the coordinator of the party project.

According to him, Neighbors Day helps to solve a number of problematic issues that arise in apartment buildings.

“And this is also a great example for children, a good implementation of their way of managing a foster home, the expectations of responsible owners who will have to find a common language with their neighbors,” he added.
