He himself took over the personal auspices of the event together with the councilor for culture and leisure of Prague 12 Pavel Ehrlich (ODS).

In Prague today, vines grow on about twenty hectares of land. These include the St. Wenceslas Vineyard in the area of Prague Castle and three small vineyards around Vyšehrad, but also Grébovka, St. Clare’s Vineyard at the Prague Zoo or Zilvar’s Vineyard on the territory of the former Garbage Factory. The project also offers a tour of the Lysolaj vineyard, which is part of the newly opened leisure area and continues the Lysolaj wine tradition.
“Furthermore, the only Baba bio-vineyard in Prague hidden in the greenery on a rocky promontory near the ruins of the same name, several vineyards of the Strahov Monastery and the Svatojánská vineyard along Úvoz pod Petřínem await those interested. And if the visitor is looking for something more personal, they can also see a small vineyard with a distinctive atmosphere surrounded by modern buildings and historic Gothic walls on the slopes of Albertov, the famous Máchalka near Prosecká bobsled track or the exceptional Modřanská vineyard, which is southernmost in Prague, “ added a spokesman for the municipality in the report for journalists Vít Hofman.
