A 29-year-old conductor in a youth symphony orchestra was acquitted due to doubts. Thessalonikiwho was accused of sexual harassment two minor musicians, members of the orchestra, between 2014-17. The case was examined in the second instance after the appeal he filed during the first instance decision, by which he was sentenced to 2 years and 7 months in prison, with a 3-year suspension. The 29-year-old spoke from the first moment about a conspiracy, behind which, according to her, is a woman, a former member of the orchestra. “He wanted to destroy me, he was jealous of me,” he said in his apology to the judge of the three-member Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki, who found him not guilty of the act of abusing minors in indecency.
