Gas and oil supply in Kremsmünster and Austria
Kremmunster. Austria’s economic development depends to a large extent on gas, as does that of Kremsmünster. For this reason, Mayor Gerhard Obernberger (ÖVP) invited the head of RAG Austria, Markus Mitteregger, to his next online consultation on Thursday, June 2nd.
Markus Mitteregger is currently the government’s constant contact for matters relating to natural gas supply, natural gas storage and forward-looking energy technologies relating to green gas. RAG can store 6.2 billion cubic meters of natural gas, for example in Haidach and 7Fields in Salzburg, and supply it when required.
