Genoa. Beyond 37 million euros for an energy recovery and efficiency plan for 734 public housing units in Liguria. The Region, on the proposal of the city planning councilor Marco Scajolaapproved the allocation of resources, from the Complementary Fund to the NRP, between the various entities.
The plan, with the favorable opinion of the Ministry of Infrastructures, gives the assignment of funds to the four Arts and to the Municipalities of the territory, drawn up on the basis of the requests presented concerned, in which the priorities of the interventions were indicated.
Overall in the province of Genoa 15 million and 106 thousand euros are assigned for the redevelopment of 383 dwellings. A.D Art Genoa, the agency that manages the largest number of properties in Liguria, has been awarded 13.8 million which will be invested for the energy efficiency of 331 accommodation situations in Genoa, Santa Margherita Ligure and Cicagnaaccording to the priorities expressed by the agency.
In the Genoese territory, requests from the Municipalities of Arenzano and of Fontanigordawho received respectively 155,830 euros for the efficiency improvement of 7 apartments and 71,569 euros to carry out interventions in 5 homes.
In addition, Arte Genova will be assigned 1.3 million euros, obtained by the Liguria region from Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, to create a recovery program of 40 vacant public housing units, pending extraordinary maintenance, to provide for the growing need for housing. The properties are situations in the municipalities of Genoa, Sori, Bogliasco, Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Mignanego and Cogoleto.
The recovery interventions, in addition to the maintenance works and the existing regeneration of the housing units, also the verification and attestation of the conformity of the systems in order to certify them as required by the regulations in force or, alternatively, the complete refurbishment in compliance with the same standards.
As part of the program, Arte Genova has foreseen recovery works on vacant housing distributed throughout the provincial territory and of various sizes, in order to be able to accommodate families of different numbers of members and offer a wide range of opportunities.
