The winners and the new stars of the Michelin Guide Belgium & Luxembourg 2022 were unveiled this Monday, May 23 in Mons in Wallonia. In total, there are 20 new promotions with: 1 new three-star (Tim Boury for his eponymous restaurant in Roeselare), 3 new 2-stars including the Villa Lorraine in Brussels, the return and the revised version of Hertog Jan in Antwerp as well as 16 new 1 stars.
