THE “WOMAN WINDOW” PROJECT
The “Window Woman” project aims to be a path made up of stimuli capable of bringing new awareness to the world of female entrepreneurship. A physical and virtual place, open to discussion, to dialogue between entrepreneurs who share opportunities, ideas, difficulties, requests. “Finestra Donna” will take shape through some appointments and meetings aimed at women who are already entrepreneurs and all those who want to start a new business. There are two supporting structures of the project. First of all, the place of physical, human confrontation, made up of gestures and words, looking into each other’s eyes, to understand and share the paths that have led up to there and imagine new destinations, to be reached together. An open window on the world, to explore the many issues that affect doing business for women.
The courses will be organized following four themes and will be divided into:
– With the psychologist Debora Riva: Psychological path of support to those women who have had to face post-pandemic hardships or even just to those who are in a difficult moment of their working life
– With the project & mental coach Sabrina Lunghini: Motivational path, to answer questions such as: Am I doing my job well? How can I improve the work I do? How do I relate to the workplace?
– With the FIDER experts: Information path relating to issues specifically related to economic activity, such as financial and facilitating tools to support female entrepreneurs and the opportunities that are growing more and more.
