first place in the communication project for Feat Yacht’s in Riccione
They are the engineering university student Vincenzo Catello and the economics student Mattia Messina, both twenty-four, the winners of Smart & Hack, the two-day competition promoted by Risorse and reserved for higher technical institutes and Italian universities held in Rimini: their “A Team “Obtained the first prize for the communication project for the NY24 boat proposed by the Feat Yacht’s company in Riccione. Second place went to the “Man with a project” team led by Danilo Caruso and Francesca Sprovieri from the Cadmo Higher Technical Institute in Soverato in Calabria, third place was the “Spotty” team made up of Lorenzo Criniti, Federico Donati and Francesco Secli from the University of Bologna. The Catello and Messina team will have the opportunity to develop the communication project with Feat Yacht’s and stay in Venice on 2 and 3 June to visit the Boat Show and the Art Biennale. «We are thrilled to receive this award – commented Catello and Messina of the University of Cassino and Naples at the final broadcast live in the Federico room of the Fulgor cinema in Rimini -. This recognition is a great stimulus to look to our future ». This concludes Smart & Hack, an idea from the research company and the Italian staff with the patronage of the Municipality of Rimini represented at the very final by the Councilor for Youth Policies Francesca Mattei, the Romagna Chamber of Commerce and Confindustria Romagna. «Heartfelt congratulations to the winners of the competition which involved the institutions and companies of Romagna», comments Marco Pagano, CEO of Risorse. Fourteen, in total, the projects developed by over 60 Italian competitors, dedicated to the challenges proposed by Feat Yacht’s of Riccione, MARR Spa of Rimini, Procopio Assicurazioni of Rimini (agency of UnipolSai), Ruthmann of Montescudo-Montecolombo, Vem Sistemi of Forlì and Vici & C of Santarcangelo di Romagna. The moderator of the event, the innovation expert Giovanni De Cesare, on the jury of well-known professionals such as the LinkedIn influencer Filippo Poletti: “Never before has it been necessary to talk about directional and solution innovation”, explains the top voice of the social media dedicated to the world of work. «Smart & Hack was an opportunity to involve young people and bring them closer to our reality, the nautical sector. Our way of working is evolving together with the rest of the world ”, explain Franca Mulazzani, maritime broker, and Roberta Baldacci, owner of Feat Yacht’s. For Leonardo Piepoli, head of human resources at Vici & C, «talking about young people means talking about the future and that’s why we are here.
