The order of procedures is established by the Belarusian Ministry of Health.
Ukrainian citizens who have higher education have the right to get a job in their specialty in Belarus. The procedure for employment of persons who have received education abroad is regulated by the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 36 of April 21. Thus, Ukrainians who arrived in Belarus after February 24 and filed applications for identifying signs of a refugee, identifying protection or asylum, are active in medicine or the pharmaceutical industry if they have a document confirming that they have received special education.
It is also allowed to find a job without documents on specialized education, but there are a number of nuances.
For example, citizens of Ukraine who received a university diploma in 2021 or later can only receive the positions of interns or pharmacists in Belarus for an internship with a qualifying exam.
Medics with documented work experience as specialist doctors or specialist pharmacists in Belarus and persons who completed medical research in 2020 or earlier, but do not end with documents, possible work experience, possibly getting medical and pharmaceutical positions according to their specialty. However, in the order of 6 months they will work under the supervision of other authorities, which cannot but cause concern.
College graduates can also find a job in Belarus in their specialty, but for six months they will work under the control of other bodies.
The decree of the Ministry of Health, in addition, does not prohibit the employment in the country of other medical specialists who studied abroad. But when applying for a job, such citizens must be recognized by recognized documents on education, issued by a different origin, a certificate of origin of the internship, as well as other similar documents requiring the recognition of a crime.
Documents on education cannot be recognized as recognized in Belarus.
These requirements do not apply to technical specialists who were invited by the Ministry of Health or foreign resources, pharmaceutical organizations for discussion.
