Greetings from the sun, calming of the mind and the yoga position of the ‘corpse’ as a cherry at the end of a proper stretching of the body. You can look forward to all this during the 4th Yoga Festival from the experience of yogis, but also complete beginners who like to experience the positive effects of yoga practice. The yoga festival will take place on Saturday, June 18, before the western entrance of the Černý Most Center, and in its program it will offer a total of four yoga lessons with experienced instructors from the YogaHelp Foundation, led by Petra Špindlerová.

Between the individual lessons, another accompanying and, above all, educational program will be prepared for visitors in fifteen-minute breaks. For example, they can look forward to a demonstration of proper self-examination of the breasts and testicles under the leadership of Loono or practical advice from trainers from the CleverFit fitness center, who will advise visitors on how to stretch properly and effectively even in a short time at. which offer on-site skin diagnostics.
The lessons within the Yoga Festival are open to all visitors free of charge and regardless of the level of their yoga practice. Even complete beginners can take part without any worries. Yoga lessons will be led by experienced instructors from the YogaHelp Foundation, which helps make yoga accessible to people who are ill or on the margins of society.
