Meeting in general assembly on May 19, the Chamber of Notaries of the Court of Appeal of Toulouse appointed its new president. From now on and for the next two years, Maître Frédéric Giral will be their new representative. As a reminder, this instance brings together the notaries of Haute-Garonne, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne and Ariège. La chamber of notaries of the court of appeal of Toulouse brings together 622 notaries today, including 215 salaried notaries divided into 256 offices.

Originally from Toulouse, the one who holds his office in Caraman has developed it to give it a new dimension. It now operates as a multi-office group with locations in Ariège and Toulouse.

For this new mandate, the one who succeeds Christine Dechaumont wishes to continue actions with young people in order to make the notariat and its professions ever more attractive in their eyes. In addition, Frédéric Giral, who closely follows the evolution of the Toulouse real estate market, intends to initiate a working group so that the notaries imagine solutions which will make it possible to streamline, upstream, the act of purchase.
