Hollywood star Mel Gibson was seen in the center of Prague over the weekend, and the local tabloid press captured the actors on Charles Bridge and other places where they view some of the sights of the Czech capital.
According to the information available in Prague, the actor is not making a new film, but is only touring the city. Gibson recently finished filming the series in Budapest Continentalspin-off to a television series John Wick taking place in the title hotel, and was often seen on the streets of the Hungarian capital.
Before traveling to Prague, Gibson also toured Vienna, where he attended a concert by the Vienna Mozart Orchestra. Next weekend, the actor will head to Scotland to experience the Experience Mel Gibson LIVE in Glasgow.
In Prague on Saturday, the local tabloid Blesk photographed the actors on an inconspicuous walk along Charles Bridge, where he even stopped to take a picture of some of the famous statues of this monument.
He allegedly ate at Prague’s fine dining companies La Finestra in Cucina in the Old Town and U Matěje in Dejvice.
Gibson also sailed on the Prague Vltava with the starship captain Štěpán Rusnák; The photo of Gibson and Rusnák published on social networks was attributed to Pavlína Němcová, who may or may not be a Czech model and actress.
This is not Gibson’s first visit to the Czech Republic. Already in 2014, the actor took part in the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, where he received the Crystal Globe for his extraordinary artistic contribution to world cinema.
Gibson later starred in the trailer for the 50th edition of the prestigious film festival.
Mel Gibson has been making a kind of comeback in recent years, thanks to supporting roles that steal scenes, in films aimed directly at audiences such as Hazardousstarring Scott Eastwood, and One last look with Charlie Hunnam.
We can see the star in the movie next time Father Stu, where he plays the estranged father of Mark Wahlberg, a boxer who became a priest. The film was released in the States in April, and is scheduled to appear on local streaming services in the coming weeks.
