RUSSIA

“United Russia” launched a preliminary assessment

Sugar Mizzy May 23, 2022

It gathers in full in Moscow and will be held in regions where this autumn includes elections

The key to blocking the likelihood of a United Russia decision was divided into four parts on May 22. They were handed over for storage to Senator Alexander Karelin, President of Rostelecom PJSC Mikhail Oseevsky, Information Security Fund Ilya Massukh, Secretary of the St. Petersburg branch of United Russia, State Duma deputy Sergei Boyarsky. Parts of the key will be stored in special safe packages until May 29 – when the voting for their connection is completed, after which the vote counting procedure is applied. The blockchain will immediately be published on the PG.ER.RU website. Checking the correctness of the calculation of the abilities of all comers.
According to Deputy Secretary of the General Council of the party Sergei Perminov, more than 1.1 million voters were registered to participate in United Russia’s preliminary voting this year.

“From tomorrow, through the State Services portal, they determine the strongest forces, trust the objects in the future of their cities and villages. As a digital ecosystem, we are constantly evolving and made it convenient and convenient,” he said.

Sergey Perminov was distinguished by high pre-voting and attracting attention.

“The competition for a place in the legislative bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is 7 people in place, in the centers considered above, city dumas – more than 5 people in place. Our procedure this year realizes its leadership characteristics,” said the Deputy Secretary of the General Council.

The possibility of a United Russia solution has been confirmed and defended. The full density of the counting of votes is provided by samples, all the votes of voters are encrypted with personal electronic keys. The voting result is decrypted only after the encryption keys are connected, Vyacheslav Sateev, head of the IT project party, noted.

“In order for the procedure to be opaque even for us as organizers, a key selection technology was created. When we meet here in a week and connect the keys, the process of decrypting the connection will be started, and we will get the results. The security system did not last long this year because the network of cyberattacks increased. Together with our colleagues from Rostelecom, we fully ensure this security. “We have connected additional specialists and equipment,” he said.

Alexander Karelin noted that United Russia’s preliminary voting allows the use of electoral technologies.

“Party of satisfaction with the manufacturability of procedures. More and more people are becoming participants in the most modern digital games. And the fact that we held a preliminary vote on family issues is humane for voters who relate to United Russia,” he said.

Ilya Massukh, in his turn, is purposeful that United Russia is one of the world leaders in the use of electronic technologies and has been improving the choice of selection for the elections of the population by constituencies for more than 10 years.

“Russia is in one of the first places in terms of interaction with society with the help of IT services. These technologies are not a tribute to the time, but a convenience for citizens to keep in the political process. You can interact with the party and people at the dacha, at work. It is very correct that the party continues to use innovations and they are accompanied by protection and a clear choice of a person who ultimately goes into management, ”the expert noted.

On the frequent growth of procedures among mass production and Mikhail Oseevsky. He also said that part of the procedure for making an exemption places increased emphasis on its convenience and safety.

“I am sure that this is exactly what the voting will be like in the next few days. And there will be no problems with the performance of technologies, ”he said.

The secretary of the branch of United Russia, the chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma, Igor Bryntsalov, recalled that this year there are 12 main appointed deputies of the Council of Deputies of the municipal district in the Moscow region this year, who also leave 11 people for by-elections, including to the Moscow Regional Duma in the Voskresensky single-member district.

In total, 995 demands were put forward at the Preliminary Voting of the United Russia Party in the Moscow Region, of which 906 are pending. Competition averages three candidates per impulse. More than 80,000 people have already registered as voters for preliminary voting in the Moscow Region.

“If we look at the stratification by candidates, we see that 36% of those registered are young people under 35 years old. This year, there is a great interest in procedures among women. They are currently 38% of the total number of reported cases. More serious challenges (40%) are in the areas of education, health, culture, and the social sphere in general,” added Igor Bryntsalov.

United Russia’s preliminary voting is carried out according to the first, most open model, when participation in the procedures is registered for everyone on the territory of the electoral districts, and in the form from May 23 to 29. Voter registration is open from 18 April and will last until 27 May. From May 23, you can vote from scratch in Moscow on the PG.ER.RU website with verification through the State Services or Mos.ru for residents of the capital. The results of a possible vote will be summed up on May 31.

The winners will represent the party in the elections in the fall. From September 9 to September 11, 43 election campaigns are being held in 34 constituencies of the Russian Federation, according to the results of the elections, more than 21.5 thousand seats will be replaced. In the regions, they will vote for deputies of local and local levels – elections of deputies of 6 legislative assemblies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, 12 city dumas, local self-government bodies will be held. There will also be 15 gubernatorial elections in EDG 2022.
