“Unfounded”, assures Secretary Belluzzi, the concerns regarding a recent resolution
It had been Future RepublicWednesday, to bring one to the attention of the Chamber Resolution of 25 April; expressing strong doubts. Healing positions that do not adhere to the current legislation on associations: this is the rationale for the intervention of the Executive. Which provides – starting from January 1, 2023 – the forfeiture of any cooperation with entities that are not registered with the Counciland the consequent stop to contributions. But not only; starting from the same date it is solicited dissolution of associations that have not “regularized”.
The theme is deeply felt in the Republic, given the strong solidarity drive of citizensAndcontribution guaranteed by the “third sector”, especially in the health sector. Where various associations have chosen not to register; evidently not agreeing with the approach of the current legislation. Strict comment by Giovanni Giardi: among the reference figures, in the Republic, of associations and volunteers. In an intervention on social media he had in fact defined the resolution “Inconceivable and paradoxical”.
“Unfounded concerns”, in the opinion of the Secretary Belluzzi. Together with the associations we are working on a reform, he assures him; while keeping as there are “male interpreting” situations, and “artfully nourished” by some. The objective is therefore a comprehensive text, to be approved by the end of the year; and which also contain all the answers to the problems reported for some time by the socio-health associations. In this scheme, the resolution would constitute a sort of time window for regularization.
“It does not involve any burden”, the Secretary of State remembers; which then underlines how the decision on the dissolution subject only to the judicial authority. Everyone agrees on the need to review the 2016 legislationGiovanni Giardi affirms for his part; criticisms however on the methodadopted by the Executive.
