Since March 2, Russia has delivered almost 22 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine
Since March 2, Russia has delivered to Ukraine 21,920.4 tons of essentials, food, medicinal and industrial products. Such data led the head of the Russian Defense Control Center, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, informs TASS.
According to his instructions, 1,045 humanitarian actions were carried out over the entire period, including one in the Kherson region over the past day. During the passage, 50 tons of humanitarian aid were handed over to the civilian population. Mizintsev also added that on May 23, three humanitarian actions were carried out in the Kharkiv and Kherson zones, bypassing available natural resources, 510.4 tons of consumer goods and products were received.
In addition, the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in the process of demining the territory of the DPR and LPR, discovered and defused 9,364 explosive objects, including 12 per day. In total, 1,623.21 hectares of territory, 35 buildings, one bridge and 9.64 km roads.
On May 21, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, five humanitarian actions took place in the Zaporozhye and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine, as well as in the DPR. Residents received 290 tons of humanitarian aid.
