Friends since the University, after graduation both musso here their first steps have: Cinzia in 1999 and Olivia in 2001, as a colleague during Cinzia’s first pregnancy. Right from the start, there was so much harmony that, in 2002, to the proposal to take over the business, they answered yes, even though they were aware of not having a long-term experience behind them.

“Today we want to say a special thanks to dr. Gualtiero Franzoni who was our owner then. At the beginning it was tough but day after day we won the trust of the citizens and not just those of San Marino. This is the reason for the greatest satisfaction today ”.

In these twenty years they have never stopped, not even on the occasion of the ten-year earthquake. “In that period we were all very close and the sense of community was very strong. The pharmacy was always open and we were positioned outside to prevent citizens from entering. We lived their fears and, as happened in 2012, there were many San Marino residents who made themselves available to help us during the relocation operations “.

In the new location, the pharmacy will have larger spaces for swabs and vaccinations, but also for new services.

“The pandemic has further changed pharmacies but we have not pulled back, we have rolled up our sleeves and decided it was time to expand”. In every sense, because today Cinzia and Olivia can count on three collaborators, one of which has just been added to the group.
