New record year for PA Consulting

In 2021, PA has:

  • Globally has a turnover of more than DKK 6 billion – which is a total growth of 24 percent across PA’s 22 global locations
  • Recruited more than 50 new partners for the company
  • Employed 1400 new employees
  • Launched and earmarked approx. 90 million kroner to the PA Foundation, which will support “disadvantaged groups” throughout the world.
  • Achieved an excellent customer satisfaction score that 98% of the customer will recommend PA Consulting further

PA is an innovation and transformation consulting house with over 4,000 specialists in the public sector, the financial sector, health and life sciences, energy, as well as production and transport. Their consultants are experts in strategy, innovation, design, consulting, IT, data, research and technology. PA operates globally from offices in i.a. Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam and New York.

2021 highlights

Innovation for customers

PA aims to nurture the natural curiosity, build the future of a positive people and deliver a unique work to clients in a world in ever-changing. It happens with a range of experts – strategists, innovators, designers, consultants, digital experts, researchers, engineers and technologists – who are able to deliver end-to-end innovation with its customers.

In 2021, PA designed England’s new EV charging point concept to drive the development of electric vehicles in the global response to climate change.

PA is also with Unilever to develop collaboration with bone manning strategy and protect employees as the pandemic accelerates. Together, PA and Unilever developed and world-leading digital tools that delivered real-time and predictable intelligence, globally and regionally down to individual Unilever websites.

PA collaborated with the start-up company Wildtype to bring sustainable laboratory-grown salmon to the market to be in the environment and at the same time meet consumer demand, something that enables clean energy innovation for the wind turbine manufacturer Vestas.

Investing in people

In 2021, PA attracted 1,392 new employees, including 50 new partners.

The core of PA´’s personal strategy is to ensure personal and professional development of employees. In 2021, PA expanded its tutoring and virtual learning opportunities through the PA Academy. The company also rolled out Race Allyship training across the group, launching women in the management program and continuing to expand its employees’ networks, including Mental Health & Wellbeing, Military, Pride, RISE (Racial Inclusion and Social Equity) and Women’s Network.

The end of 2021 PA also created ‘The PA Foundation’. The mission of PA in collaboration with The PA Foundation will be to develop and inspire people, especially those who work with vulnerable groups, to be tomorrow’s innovators and leaders and to develop their curiosity and ingenuity for the benefit of those who need it most. PA has earmarked approx. 90 million Danish kroner over the next five years for PA Foundation work, as well as 10,000 hours of consulting work on a voluntary basis.
