The pace is much faster than Dallas used to be
In the last two minutes, there was an absolutely fast pace back and forth between these two teams. Dallas was the slowest team in the league and made the fewest balls lost in the regular season; That the teams play at their own pace has been a big part of this year’s success. Golden State would probably benefit if the game continued at that speed.

Why Warriors run more campaigns with Looney than Green
I am amazed to see Kevon Looney and not always Draymond Green leading all these high deployments and duels with Stephen Curry at the start of this game. The same was largely true in Game 2. One theory: when the Mavericks put Jalen Brunson on Green to replace those screens with Curry, the Warriors decided to leave Green behind, so Brunson must be the last defender line instead of senior Dwight Powell or Maxi Kleber. It’s like reverse targeting.

Mavericks do not change the good looks from 3
The first five minutes of the game and the Mavericks are cold from 3. Both teams started by focusing on getting inside. The Mavericks got some good looks in the last few minutes, but they didn’t do any. They just have to do 3 to defeat the Warriors. They don’t have enough defenders to prevent the Warriors from attacking to get the look they want.
A cold start could be good news for Dallas. While they stayed cold in Game 1 and blew them up, it’s hard to imagine this happening here. And they would probably be better served by a hot second half compared to a hot first half from Game 2

Mavs with problems from 3
The Mavericks started with a 0-of-6 from behind the bow, despite a few of them rhyming out. It goes without saying that they will have to change their good looks – if they don’t, the first game by the third quarter has turned into a remarkable defeat.

Mavs early down
Some attack in the middle of the pitch, even the Mavs equalizer for 0 – 7! They trailed the Warriors 16-7 in the first quarter, about seven minutes to go.

Top questions for the game 3
The third game between the Mavericks and the Warriors is a few moments from the hint. Things I’m interested in seeing:
1) Does Dallas continue to aggressively chase Stephen Curry from pick-and-roll?
2) Is Luka Dončić still chasing Kevon Looney for a replacement, or are they smaller Golden State players?
3) Who wins? Sorry, it’s easy. But that interests me!

Splash Brothers turn off the lights in Game 2
Stephen Curry’s theme for this postseason is obviously bedtime.
Against Denver and then Memphis, he followed his daggers by resting his head on the pillow of his hands, wishing him good night. Perhaps in it is the father of three children, even the uncle of two children, who at this time of his life is fulfilled in stories and prayers before sweet dreams. Or he may enter into an approval contract with ZzzQuil.

Jordan Poole is leading the next generation of Warriors
Just before the eyes of the Warriors, Jordan Poole is transforming into a top player with 16 games. Even before the eyes of the Mavericks, though they are probably less enthusiastic about the development.
The “16-Player” label is, of course, the franchise’s own shorthand for one and only one type of guy: someone who can tangibly help the Warriors earn four wins in each of the four rounds after the season. Someone who knows the moment. Someone they can count on when the ground shakes.

The fame of Luka Dončić has reached new heights
Slovenians are, understandably, obsessed with Luka Dončić; a wonderful wunderkind who breaks basketball records at every step of his career, the international ambassador of their unknown country, a Ljubljana man who often shows his national pride.
Slovenian Dončić mania has recently reached new heights. Luka Štucin, the broadcaster of one of the country’s leading television stations, realized this when e-mails began to arrive. He was able to say something about the people who write to him from their names and how questions were asked – as well as, fun, from email domains. .

Experts give their predictions for the 3rd game, coverage and the latest game odds
Most of the 2nd game in the Western Conference Finals was under the control of the Dallas Mavericks. Golden State then put together a few old-fashioned Warriors runs to come back with 19 points less and take the lead in the 2-0 series.
Golden State doesn’t feel like a team at the level of the great dynasty of a few years ago, but the Warriors have veteran stars leading the way and a deep group of role players capable of stepping forward. The Warriors became an important favorite to win the NBA at -105 at BetMGM.

Kevon Looney gives a big boost in winning the second game over the Mavericks
“Wrong guy!”
A few seasons ago, this was a favorite mockery of Warriors coaches and bored bench players.
The scenario is as follows: Kevon Looney finally overcame two hip surgeries that stopped his early career, pushing himself into rotation. Opposing shooters viewed him as a target.
It made sense. Looney is a center without exceptional speed or the ability to protect the rim. He had no reputation. So the guards would get him on the switch, clean the floor and start the dribbling attack, with his saliva running out during the match. Then we would hear that famous call that was turning off the Warriors bench.

Andrew Wiggins is good for game 3
Andrew Wiggins went through shooting this morning in Dallas and will play in Game 3 after Steve Kerr. Wiggins sprained his ankle in the second game and was previously listed as questionable.

What happened in game 2
The Golden State Warriors defeated the Dallas Mavericks 126-117 in the fourth quarter of the second game of the Western Conference Finals on Friday night. The Mavericks led in the first three quarters, but the Warriors beat them 43-32 in the quarter, winning and leading the series 2-0.
With 72-58 at halftime, Golden State lowered Dallas ’lead to two points for the start of the fourth quarter. Defender Jordan Poole was very successful, scoring 12 of his 23 points from the bench in the back frame. So far in this series, Poole has amassed 40 points while shooting 15 of 22 from the field.
