Life imprisonment for the Russian army killing a civilian

Battles for the Liman and shelling of the Desna

Russian diplomat Boris Bondarev resigned over Russian interference in Ukraine, issuing a letter sharply critical of the government’s foreign and domestic policies.

The head of the occupational state administration of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo said that from today the rules of the dual-currency zone – the ruble and the hryvnia – begin to operate there.
“Today, a decree will be issued that formalizes the introduction of dual-currency service on the territory of the Kherson region.
The rate will be set at 2 rubles for 1 hryvnia, appointed by the head of the occupation administration in the telegram channel. This roughly corresponds to the exchange rate of the ruble against the hryvnia, which was established by the Central Bank of Russia.
The balance also announced that the first branch of Russian banks, which accepts applications for opening accounts, will soon be allowed in Kherson.
Earlier, Krirrill Stremousov, one of the supporters of the occupational activists of the authorities, spoke about the transitional area for dual-currency settlement.
