“From 14:00, stamps will be sold in 1,500 Ukrposhta offices throughout the country up to the level of regional centers. The limit is 2 blocks of 3 stamps per client without exception. There are no exceptions in the villages yet. It will be later,” Smilyansky said.

According to its quantity, 1 million marks will be transferred to the department for the first week, that is, as much as there were different marks in total.

“What will happen if we sell everything in a day? We will give another 1 million marks approximately on May 27. We will also announce in advance. Then another million, etc.,” Smilyansky explained.
