March in Brussels for missing Natacha de Crombrugghe (Brussels)
An estimated 300 people have Sunday in the Sonian Forest at the ‘Walk of Hope’ in Brussels to support the parents of Natacha de Crombrugghe. Their daughter disappeared in Peru at the end of January.
On the steps of the Bosvoorde Racecourse, the participants form the name of the support group on the social networks on Sunday afternoon with paper leaves of the hashtag #LookingForNatacha. The participants were dressed in green, as a sign of hoop. They were able to complete a course of 6 of 10 kilometers. Everyone was invited to donate 10 euros to support the search for Natacha through Child Focus. A ‘Walk of Hope’ was also organized in Peru.
Natacha’s parents are currently in Peru, but others joined the hike. Théo Hayez’s father, the young man last seen in Australia’s Byron Bay on May 31, 2019, was also present.
holding attention
“We had thought of going on foot, to protect Natacha from steps, and we wanted to give her parents, who live in the Linkebeek area, some support,” said Pierre Visart, who initiated the initiative with Natacha’s friends. Mars. “Also to draw attention to her disappearance, so that the Belgian and Peruvian efforts to find her continue.”
Visart said the parents’ search required financial resources. As long as Natacha is not found alive or dead, they have hope and questions, just like Théo Hayez’s father.’
Théo Hayez has been missing for three years, Natacha only four months. The hypothesis of a crime – that the young woman was kidnapped and held – remains open, according to Visart.
