International Family Day is a very important day for the whole society, it recalls the importance of the family as the basis of human society. That is why, together with our Mother and Family Center Klubíčko, we organized fun and sports afternoons full of games, tasks and competitions for parents with children.
Right at the beginning of the event, children from the children’s group and the school presented themselves with their performances. The program with children was prepared by aunts Martin, Daniel, Simon and Tereza. Their performance was very nice and not only the children but also the parents enjoyed it. Aerobics mini was also introduced. Little girls aged 4 to 8 train and dance aerobics together for the first year. They performed a performance called Baby Shark under the direction of Markéta Holé. The block ended with a Tad Crew Baby ring. The circle is a dance training for the youngest from 3 to 5 years old, children learn basic dance steps, rhythm, movement rhymes, play games and learn to stretch with the help of elements of yoga for children. Under the direction of Terka Knotková, they performed under the name Lego Cubes.

Throughout the event, parents with children enjoy fun and sports competitions, face painting, board games, a children’s corner, a bouncy castle, joint photography and a non-traditional Hobby Horse activity. In the creative workshop, they used tools to make wooden pumps and fish and caterpillars from moss rubber and wooden beads. The program of the event included a fun self-service trail for children and parents on the theme of Get to know the flowers and animals in your area. This nature trail is one of the many activities of the European Solidarity Project – Family Restart.
Families also attended annotated sports and skills competitions for small prizes and medals.
Visitors had the opportunity to see the exhibition of the interest group Drawing. Study drawings of plants, animals, trees, still lifes, parts of the face or a design of a postage stamp will be exhibited in the Horizon area until May.
