Pesaro protagonist at the City Vision of Venice, Ricci presents the best practices in terms of ecological transition
The good practices of the Municipality of Pesaro in terms of ecological transition are the protagonists of City Vision Venice, the event organized by Blum that focuses on the territories and the voices of the mayors. Among these was Matteo Ricci who spoke of mobility, therefore of Bicipolitan and sustainable construction, talking about the school in via Lamarmora. «From a big problem and a disused area, to a new school at the top of energy efficiency. An excellent result obtained thanks also to the contributions allocated by the GSE, for the demolition and reconstruction of buildings with greater energy efficiency. Now we are replicating this model on other schools, on which we have already obtained funding ». Then there is the issue of speed, which is essential for pushing the ecological transition: «We need to streamline the procedures and simplify the lives of citizens if we want to push the issue of renewable energy. There are too many constraints that make the transformation of our cities very complicated ». And the serious problem of: «The risk is that of not being able to land the resources of the PNRR. Material costs increased by approximately 20%. And an excessive incentive (110 ed), strengthens the and becomes the incentive to move companies towards the eco-bonus and not on public investments. The mayors are worried, a few weeks ago we have two advanced proposals: the first, to dedicate a portion of the PNRR in debt to the realization of the PNRR itself. The second, to rebalance the incentives on private construction, to downsize the 110 ”. A good practice to which the Municipality of Pesaro has adhered is that of the Network of Sustainable Municipalities “A project by Ali, Italian Local Authorities, which aims to ensure that cities can contribute to the achievement of the 17 Sustainability Goals of the Nations United that guide the choices of the European Union and constitute the 2030 Agenda: thus translating at the local level the objectives of the BES – Equitable and Sustainable Wellbeing defined by Italy. A tool that we are taking on tour for the Italian municipalities, with the support of Caterpillar and Rai Radio 2, with the aim of implementing government actions and measuring the consistency of local policies with the principle of sustainability. Building, both private and public, also plays a fundamental role in the realization of the ecological transition ”.
