“Oulala”… the new bar on rue Labeda in Toulouse is opening soon
After the Cinacitta, the Opéra Bouffe and the Boulistes, a new bar will take place at 5 rue Labeda, in the Jean Jaurès district of Toulouse.
“Oulala” is her name.
“Oulala”, an intriguing name that “makes you want to party” according to Geoffrey, future bar manager. Luigi La Marca, leader of the Loge aux Carmes, takes up the dreams of this historic building in the party world. He wants to create a friendly place there, open to everyone. “We don’t want to be a selective bar”, explains Geoffray, “We like conviviality, it must become a meeting place for people from different backgrounds”. After a session at the cinema or an outing with colleagues after work, the large terrace with 150 seats will allow you to taste one of their cocktails made with a very wide range of alcohol. Geoffray specifies: “We will have very good bottles, exhibit behind the bar, up to 6 meters high”. Alcohol but not only! Who says bar also says something to snack on to spend the evening with a full stomach: “We offer different tapas boards, nothing complex but only with quality food”, he explains. The bar menu follows a guideline: dishes cooked with regional products.
The terrace will be dressed in colored stools, and this is essential for the future bar manager who wishes to bring back the sun even in winter, he says: “This patchwork of colors must provoke the spirit of joy and good humor”. DJs will be provided in the future, but in the meantime, only one rule to follow in this new party place in Toulouse: have fun. “A new adventure is always exciting. We can’t wait to welcome the people of Toulouse and make them have a good time with us, ”says Geoffray.
Red spotlights will illuminate the toilets to keep the evening atmosphere in any room of the bar. Several still confidential events will be organized at the start of the school year.
The establishment opens its doors at the beginning of June, the date has not yet been fixed, we must wait for the end of the work! The bar will be open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. every day of the week, until 3 a.m. on Saturday evening.
