On February 23, on the eve of the Russian invasion, the Presidents of Poland and Lithuania, Andrzej Duda and Gitanas Nauseda, arrived in Kyiv to express their solidarity with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. During the visit, the heads of state signed a joint declaration.
