The Autogrill counter of the simple operator in food & beverage services for travelers will be located on the mezzanine floor of the station leading to the tracks.

The new Autogrill counter at Brussels Central Station is 135 square meters in size. The space has about 15 seats, but the services are mainly focused on serving a meal of snack, with some dishes being prepared within a minute. The YB concept offers vegetable (frozen) yogurt, smoothies, cakes and other snacks.

Good basic

“We have spent years building a good foundation for YB. By starting positive and climate in the supermarket and already an existing base of thirteen we are to hit the next chapter. We strongly believe in linking product and experience. That is why the collaboration with Autogrill is a very nice step,” said Wouter Staal, founder and CEO of YB by Yoghurt Barn. YB different amounts of CO2 emissions too intense and consuming. Not only is YB coming to Belgium for the first time under the wings of Autogrill, the store in Brussels-Central will also be the first store that will work completely plant-based and vegan.
