Initial status of Polska Cyfrowa (OP DP and approval of the OP DP implementation report) – ugly annual reports of the Monitoring Committee from the office of Deputy Minister Jacek Żalka. The participants of the meeting were presented with the status of the workshop and the Digital Fund for European Development 2021-2027.
The European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 (FERC) program is a continuation of the Digital Poland 2014-2020 Program and is the next stage of the country’s digital integration. Support under the Program is complementary to programs implementing the support objectives for 2021-2027 and other national and EU tools. The survey on artificial areas will be leveled by the adopted demarcation line agreed between national and regional programs. Currently, the FERC project is at the stage of agreement with the certificate.
The constraint for this pandemic launch has arisen as you will have rapid innovation development and digitization for a smooth state of the art implementation. It is thanks to the digitization process that there is remote work and education, the concept of e-services, including services, as well as shopping or dealing with matters in the bank without leaving home

The most important goals of the program to:
- building a gigabit society in Poland,
- developing advanced e-services fully for electronic management of enterprises and entrepreneurs (4th and 5th level of e-services maturity),
- ensuring cybersecurity through support in support of new support, interventions,
- The development of the market economy on the data, the latest digital technologies,
- Development of cooperation for the means of creating social and economic problems,
- support for competency development, also in the framework of cybersecurity of founders.
The program is directed primarily to:
- entrepreneurs
- public administration,
- non-governmental organizations,
- system of teaching and learning,
- glaze,
- culture.
The assumed form of support for subsidies, wide budgets – about EUR 2 billion.
During the 18th Monitoring Committee of the Operational Program of Digital Poland 2014-2020, the members of the committee made efforts to increase the level of EU funding to 100% in the financial year 2021/2022. After presenting the solution to the problem of approving the OP DP evaluation plan for 2014-2020, they will be satisfied with the arguments on the choice of options for the management of non-course measure 2.2 Digitization of back-office commissions in government administration and the framework methodology for selecting options for non-course delivery in measure 2.2.
