In Marseille, a real estate agency offers its properties for sale with animals to adopt
Cats and especially dogs to adopt photographed in houses or apartments for sale, this is the concept that the Marseilles agency Buddy’s Immobilier has just launched. These shootings, a husky on a terrace with a view of the sea, a cat on a sofa or even a chihuahua wrapped in a plaid, are organized in partnership with the association “Les Ailes de PA” which collects abandoned animals. And the results are there since all the animals offered have found a master, in particular thanks to the visibility given to them by the agency’s announcements, on the Internet or social networks.
“The animal cause is particularly close to my heart”
“When I created Buddy’s Immobilier three years ago, it was to make it a responsible and committed agency. We have been working with “Les Ailes de PA” for three months. “The animal cause is particularly close to my heart,” confides Jean-Mathieu Gallo, the founder of the agency, which had already donated 5% of its commissions to associations.
“This year, we wanted to help abandoned animals by installing them on our announcements, installed in these interiors. Neither the owners who give their authorization for the shots nor the buyers are obliged to adopt them. It is a way for us to make them known to the widest public and to find their future masters. Seeing an animal as part of a home allows people to project themselves. »
Often contacted by potential masters, Buddy’s Immobilier makes the link with “Les Ailes de PA” which respects the reception conditions before proceeding with adoptions. Already present on two sites in Marseille, the agency is going to open a third in La Ciotat, always with photos of animals looking for a master.
