“Caravan of Consumers” is an initiative of the President of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), Horia Constantinescu, through which he proposed to carry out control actions in a unified approach throughout the country, to increase the efficiency of the activity. . commissioners, which proved to be the result.
‘The’ Consumer Caravan ‘means, first of all, an assessment of the activity of economic operators through the eyes of the Commissioners in the region concerned. We need a unified approach. We see that, in the activity of the institution, there is room for improvement and, being a team, we do not want to perform. In the Iasi Region, differences from one county to another show that there is a need for a reassessment of the way in which commissioners are observed and sanctions, if necessary. There are no plus or minus rights of consumers, depending on where they are. We are here to prove this, “said the head of ANPC.
