The 100 Nice-Monaco-Menton line continues to develop
Since 2016, the Principality has been helping to improve the 100 Nice-Monaco-Menton bus line. The Government has decided to extend this support until 2023.
€580,000. Here is the Principality’s new annual contribution to the development of the 100 bus line. So far, this figure stands at €450,000. In 2016, an agreement was signed with the company “Transdev Alpes-Maritimes” to obtain a greater frequency of trips on this specific line, especially during peak hours.

” It should be remembered that for the year 2019 (excluding the pandemic), there were 2,511,000 trips, 60% of which originated from/destination in Monaco. The modal relationship of the private vehicle to public transport is a strong axis of our public mobility policy says Céline Caron Dagioni, Government Counselor-Minister for Equipment, the Environment and Town Planning.
Many employees travel daily between Nice and Monaco, in particular thanks to line 100. An additional electric bus will also be put into service in 2024 to increase the number of daily departures to 126, against 115 currently.
