FdI Siena at the programmatic conference in Milan. Michelotti: “Ready to govern Italy”
The programmatic conference of the Brothers of Italy is held from Friday to Sunday in Milan. An important event that drew over 4000 delegates from Italy, including parliamentarians, attracted local, local and external managers.
The party outlined the themes for the government program inspired by the values of conservative thinking.
A large delegation from Siena and the province was present, led by Francesco Michelotti, provincial coordinator of the party. Together with him, Enrico Tucci municipal coordinator of Siena, Bernardo Maggiorelli municipal councilor, Lapo Lanfredini member of the party’s national assembly, and leaders Alessia Pannone, Concettina Graziadio, Lorenzo Rosso, Gianni Martinucci, Filippo Rinaldi.
The opportunities for discussion were dealt with many topics, which also concerned the province of Siena. Above all, the issue of the Next generation and the resources available for Italy, the need to understand how to develop the PNRR and its areas of intervention at a local level: the green transition, the digital transition, smart growth, social cohesion territorial health, economic residence, policies for the new generations.
Particularly important are the issues touched upon in the report by President Giorgia Meloni, from foreign policy to proposals to enhance the made in Italy. Issues that engaged the delegates and that contributed to the definition of the conservative program to govern Italy.
On the sidelines of the appointment, the provincial coordinator Michelotti declared: “that of Milan is an important appointment, because the government line and candidates Giorgia Meloni as leader of the center-right and premier. A “three days” that allowed the ruling class of the area to discuss current, most important issues, to give concrete answers to the area. From the PNRR, to the problems linked to the increase in the costs of materials and the energy crisis, to the birth rate, to the excesses of bureaucracy. On this policy he must dare to answer. We reply that the decline can be stemmed with competence. “One is not worth” one is an idiocy that has allowed people who are worthless to get to the government. We need to enhance merit against incompetence and improvisation, at national and local level.
