The European Commission and Slovenia signed a document on the operational arrangements for the implementation of the Slovenian Recovery and Resilience Plan
The signing of operational agreements for the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Fund between the European Commission and Slovenia defines the methods of cooperation and the timetable for monitoring and implementing the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RDP), which is the basis for implementing the Fund in Slovenia. The arrangements are intended to ensure the effective implementation of the instrument and to identify potential implementation problems at an early stage.
Operational arrangements include a timetable for monitoring and implementing planned measures (reforms and investments). They define in more detail the indicators for achieving milestones and goals. In this case, the indicators are evidence or documentation that will be verified by the European Commission when processing payment claims.
Slovenia has designated the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Resuscitation and Resilience, a body within the Ministry of Finance, as the interlocutor of the European Commission, which is responsible at the national level for coordinating and monitoring the effective implementation of the RDP.
