The authorities of three Russian regions – the Belgorod, Kursk and Voronezh economies – on the night of the distribution of production, the FSB said in the morning that two Russians were detained while compiling sabotage at a transport security facility in the Belgorod region.

On March 29, the governor wrote about explosions near the village of Krasny Oktyabr due to a fire at a catering warehouse.
