Porsche Club San Marino: a passion, a club, an iconic brand
Few brands have maintained the same high level of quality, value perception and love of customers and consumers over the decades. Certainly Porsche is among them.
It is no coincidence that owners of German sports cars around the world have clubs exclusively reserved for them, the Porsche Club. These are associations which, although closely linked to the parent company, have a lot of autonomy to organize gatherings, events and demonstrations. “All the Clubs transmit the values and the myth of the Porsche brand – reads the website of the German company – and offer their members the opportunity to experience the charm of this brand together”.
What perhaps not everyone knows is that, for some years now, the Republic of San Marino also has its own Club. It was founded by some San Marino enthusiasts led by Fiorenzo Rivelli which, thanks to his great passion, he regularly established and recorded, in the second half of 2018as a sports association at the Court of the Republic of San Marino and, therefore, recognized as the official club of the house of Stuttgart with the authorization of Dr. ing. hc F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft with n.345 dated 23 October 2018.
“We all nurture a fraternal feeling and unconditional love for motoring and in particular for the Porsche manufacturer – tell the association – and so the idea of creating a specific association was born in order to bring together lovers of famous and popular German cars and being able to share so pleasantly meetings of moments of joy and conviviality.
For over 70 years, in fact, the Porsche name has identified a type of vehicle that has been able to combine beauty, charm, reliability and sportiness; governing a Porsche, from the first 356 to the most performing and classic 911 and up to the models of current generations, arouses feelings and sensations that remain in the depths of the enthusiast “.
In a few years the club has increased its members and supporters, also because the Republic of San Marino is particularly fond of these cars and he sees several more or less recent models passing on its streets. In the last 3 years alone, Upecedes data, just under 100 Porsches have been registered on the Titan, evenly distributed over the three years.
But what do you do in a Porsche Club? “The association, which is non-profit, has amateur tourist, cultural and sporting objectives – say the promoters – and proposes a program of outputs and events that combine engines with the beauty of the natural environmentto the works of art located in the surrounding territories and to delicious food and wine tours.
The Club is designed for those who want to share experiences and belong to a group of people to savor, recognize and discuss common interests “.
As mentioned They can participate and join the Porche Club San Marino all passionate owners – Sammarinese (at least 50% + 1) and foreigners – of Porsche vehicles of each era, all in compliance with the statute of the association.
