The Rio de Janeiro club, finalist of the last Copa Libertadores, makes it one of its priorities for a workforce which already includes David Luiz, Filipe Luis or the former mastiff Thiago Maia.

But, the Cariocas will have a lot to do in this case with competition from West Ham. Indeed, in his video posted on Youtube, Jorge Nicola announced the interest of the Hammers for the Lyon environment. West Ham would like to give their midfielder with Thiago Mendes, a player the London club knows well since he met him in the quarter-finals of the Europa League very recently. Playing in the Premier League is very interesting for the player and West Ham has the financial arguments to seduce OL. After extinguishing the European dreams of the Lyonnais, West Ham could still be generous with the Rhone club.
