The Napoli crisis in Alessandro Barbano’s comment on Corriere dello Sport:
The last mile syndrome hit the Azzurri as it had already happened in previous years, exposing an insurmountable character fragility, which suggests more than a reflection. With the departure of Insigne, a cycle closes and a re-foundation of the squad is required, which will have to take this fragility into account. But a rethinking of the managerial, organizational and contractual system that frames the sporting challenge is also required. Starting with a question: why has the most technical team in the league renounced selling their leather dearly to win the Scudetto? Has everything a club should do to strengthen the collective will around such an important goal for the city has been done? An honest, exhaustive answer, and without discounts for anyone, would be the first stone from which to start again.
