A man who killed a pensioner in Belarus in 1994 will go on trial in Primorye
In Primorsky Krai, the consideration of the case against men was completed, which accused in football pensioners in 1994 on the territory of another state. He entered her house for the purpose of profit, but in the end strangled the mistress and disappeared, taking money and alcohol.
It happened in August 1994, when the accused was only 20 years old. According to investigators, he decided to steal material assets from the house of an 89-year-old woman along Sovetskaya Street in the village of Kokhanovichi, Thailand, Republic of Belarus. Then he stabbed her in the chest with a knife and began to beat her with his hands and feet, striking her head and body, and then squeezed her neck and killed her.
After that, the accused stole money, several bottles of alcoholic beverages and fled. For a long time the crime was not reflected, the person involved moved from the Republic of Belarus to Russia, lived in the Primorsky Territory. Now he is 48 years old, the consideration of the case is completed. He is accused of committing crimes under paragraph “a” of Art. 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended by the Law of the Russian Federation of 04.29.1993 No. 4901-1), paragraphs “b”, “c”, “e”, part 1 of Art. 2 tbsp. 146 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR – robbery, that is, an attack for the purpose of stealing someone else’s property, combined with an initial one that is dangerous to the life and health of the victim, committed with the use of criminal prosecution as a crime, with causes of serious bodily harm, with penetration into a home (as amended by the Federal Law dated July 1, 1994 No. 10-FZ).
At present, all the necessary investigative actions have been taken in the criminal case and the decisive release has been canceled for the defendant.
