A message, a retweet and the solidarity of TFC supporters is on. With a slight visual impairment, Pierre cannot drive at night and attend the next game. He then calls on the large community of the club to find a solution.

Pierre is a fan of Toulouse Football Club. Supporter of violets, he tries not to miss any match. At least, when he can… With a visual impairment, he can’t drive at night. Which deprives him of many home games at the Stadium. “I am always forced to come to matches in the afternoons,” admits the supporter in a group conversation.

For the next home game, Pierre does not want to miss the opportunity to experience the fervor of the bend. He therefore appeals to the other fans of the club: “I will keep knowing if one or one of you (the purple supporters, editor’s note), goes through Revel or around to go to the Stadium”. Pierre is ready to do anything to see Rhys Healey and his teammates on the pitch. The next meeting in Toulouse is also decisive. Monday April 24, from 8:45 p.m., the TFC plays against Niort. An opportunity to validate a rise in the first division.

The great TFC community

The bottle at sea induced by Pierre echoed. Especially with the fans and the club. Several supporters relayed the distress message. On social networks, Pierre has received many supports. And even the official TFC club Twitter page tried to unblock the situation. Purple solidarity paid off. “In a few hours, the situation may have changed. A person gave me a favorable answer, ”admits the Toulousain. Pierre will be able to attend one of the most important matches of the season. He may be lucky enough to see the Pink City club validate his ticket to the first division of French football.

In the event of a climb, a party at Place du Capitole?

After an extraordinary season for the violets, with several victories and many goals, the fans hope to thrill downtown Toulouse. It will still take a little patience. There are only a few points left before the TFC can become second division champions or future residents of Ligue 1. If the football club wins the precious accession ticket, the town hall of Toulouse wants to see things big. “There is a party planned at Place du Capitole if the TFC is champion”, announces Laurence Arribagé, elected and in charge of sports for the municipality. In the event of a title and accession to Ligue 1, violet fans will be able to chant their famous song “Healey’s on fire” in the center of the Pink City.
