Aquatherm Prague 2022 continues. We present news for wind, above and new heat pumps

Do you know what I know about REMS?

Is it necessary to repair the water pipes or replace the raditor? It is not necessary to drain the entire heating system or water riser! With REMS products, quick repairs can be carried out without restricting the operation of the building. With the freezer pipe, the pipe can be closed with ice trays. Clamps for steel, copper and plastic pipes can be used. After the repairs and installation of the new radiator are completed, the freezer is disconnected, the ice melts naturally and the water circulation is restored.

The simplified work for the installation is a one-step press of large diameter pipes without these intermediate sections. At the Aquatherm Prague 2022 trade fair, you can also view other products, a novelty being construction fans for ventilating buildings or ensuring a hygienically suitable working environment for craftsmen inside buildings. In combination with the dryer, the cellars can be quickly dehumidified after flooding. In order to make the craft work better, you can also use high-quality lighting. The strongest reflector is in luminosity and 10 thousand lumens. It can be powered both with an adapter and with the help of a battery from above REMS.

EBM-PAPST fans are quiet and inn

To the uninitiated, it might seem that there is nothing to innovate on the fans. At EBM-PAPST, this is not the case, and in previous years they brought fans to the market with efficiency. It means not only energy disputes, but also cities for air conditioning, dream pres. AxiEco series fans have a construction that prevents air from flowing around the blades. They are made of composite materials and are suitable for cooling or for pressures caused by frost on the filter. At the same time, they are very quiet.

The RadiPac fan series, specifically the K3G560 type exhibited at the Aquatherm Prague 2022 trade fair, is suitable for general air conditioning. High activities allow a compact city.

Universal ventilation systems from Elektrodesign are available to you

At the trade fair, Elektrodesign will offer a return system not only for residential buildings, family houses and flats, but also for large buildings. The smallest central ventilation unit for Altair flats has a 120 m large space in both vertical and horizontal positions and a variable location. It fits the real way. It is designed to be connected to a system of flexible hoses. A number of SABIK 210, 350 or 500 units are designed for windy flats or family houses. A built-in electric heater can also be variably supplied to the units. The products are included in the New Green Sporm program.

The company also provides windshields for large buildings. Their return units are compact, but delivered and assembled in modules that cling to the transport and connect the bolts on site. The module is also equipped with a cable, the cables are connected in individual walls via a prepared terminal block, so there is no need to put a profession on the construction site, assembly is quick and easy for trained workers. Representatives of the company assure that the current lack of supply chips, cable or steel sheets are prefabricated at the factory and do not threaten the delivery.

CALEFFI fittings and products are introduced

The Italian company drove to the fair with the aim of introducing itself to the Czech market. Products for heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems, small products for calorimetry and specific components for systems working with renewable sources are relatively well known. The company’s portfolio includes deaeration valves, sludge removal, deaeration, mixing valves, air separators, balancing valves, radiator valves and many more.

The peliv company controls the entire component production process, and in the long run it achieves a truly high quality. You have certainly come across their products, although you have not had a clue about companies and modern systems working with renewable resources.

Extremely quiet heat pumps

At the fair, there is a great deal of public interest in heat pumps. This trend is also reflected in the BOSCH Thermotechnics company, which presents the Compress 7400i AW air-to-water heat pump with extremely quiet operation. This is achieved by an anti-noise diffuser located in front of the pump fan and lowering the pump power. The production is available in 5 kW and 7 kW variants. We could see the Compress 7000i AW air-to-water heat pump on the wall. The operating range of the pump is -20 C and 35 C. This pump also has a compressor mounted on a levitating base.

When DZ Draice is found, now you also remember photovoltaics

At the Aquatherm Prague 2022 trade fair, a portfolio is presented, which now also includes photovoltaics. It can be connected to a heat pump, a battery or a storage tank. Thanks to a single unit from DZ Draice, the technologies are optimized for cost-effective operation and can operate in an interconnected system.

The NIBE S2125 heat pump contains the environmentally friendly propane R290 refrigerant, an excellent noise level of only 38 dB (A) and a high inlet high temperature and 75 C. It retains its operation even in cooling mode.

The unit for energetically nenron houses is the Nibe split Lucie unit. Thanks to the indoor unit with integrated water tank, they achieve very compact dimensions.

The DZ Draice and NIBE families also have a heat recovery unit with heat and humidity recovery due to the heat exchange.
