“United Russia” series of subbotniks for the improvement of military monuments in the Chechen Republic

The action was organized within the framework of the federal party project “United Russia” “Historical Memory” and timed to coincide with the International Day of Monuments and Local Places. Participants include middle-level deputies from United Russia, volunteers from the Young Guard of United Russia, social activists and schoolchildren.

“We are translating that it is necessary to remember the history of your country, to honor the heroes who shed blood for their Motherland, who fought for peace at the cost of their lives. Today we have made our contribution to the common cause,” said Usman Elmurzaev, executive secretary of the Gudermes branch of the party.

He said that the activists had improved the monument to those who died during the Great Patriotic War in Gudermes.

In the Grozny region, volunteers brought a monument in the village of Pervomaiskoye into order.

Party members of the Naur branch of the United Russia together with students of the Chernokozovskaya secondary school waste a subbotnik on the territory of the monument to the unknown soldier and the soldiers of the 46th separate red banner train of the NKVD detachments in the village of Chernokozovo.

“They removed the weeds around the monuments and cleaned up the mass of rubbish brought in,” said the executive secretary of the Naur branch of the party, Abaz Murtazov.

In the Vedeno district, an action was held to improve the military memorial “Heroes who fell for the freedom and independence of our Motherland” in the park of culture and recreation named after the Hero of Russia Akhmat Kadyrov.

The Shali branch of the “United Russia” effectively organized a subbotnik at the cemetery of the Murids (“G1azotan keshnash”) in the city of Shali. Volunteers cleared areas of dead wood, branches and overgrowth.

In the city of Urus-Martan, the action took place in the memorial complex “Wall of Memory”. Participants watched the appearance of monuments and memorial plaque cleaners.

Party members of the Nozhai-Yurt branch of United Russia won a community work day near the obelisk of glory to fallen soldiers in the Great Patriotic War in the village of Nozhai-Yurt and a monument to fellow villagers who died during the Great Patriotic War in the village of Gilany.

An action to improve the memorial to the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War was also held in the village of Achkhoy-Martan.

In the Nadterechny district, employees of the Guards House of Culture, deputies and parliaments of France took part in the cleaning of the local monument.

“Improvement of monuments of the times of the Great Patriotic War and objects of cultural heritage is not only the preservation of the past, but also care for the future, education of young people in the spirit of patriotism and love for the kin,” shared the deputy head of the United Russia association in the Council of Deputies of the Motherland of the Nadterechny municipal district, head of the Guards House of Culture Magomed Zhamaev.

Kurchaloy party members together with students of the Bachi-Yurt secondary school No. A.A. Kadyrova proposed a community work day to improve the memorial plaque named after the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia, founder of the Chechen branch of United Russia, Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov.
