“Redesigning the future”, three days of events dedicated to the youngest
A fairy tale about the crisis and the difficulties experienced by the youngest. Thus was born the talk Redesigning the future, a workshop that will be held next Thursday from 3 to 7 pm and will be organized at the Community Hub Culture Hybrid of the Mps Foundation, in via dei Pispini 1.
Just Redesigning the future is part of the initiative promoted by Palazzo Sansedoni (link here) which brings together realities operating in the third sector, in welfare services and in training institutions with the aim of generating innovative learning, social impact projects, socio-cultural and related products of high cultural value with subjects also coming from other territorial contexts.
The event that takes place at the Community Hub is part of a three-day event that will start tomorrow with Il Risveglio, a show that will take place from 9 pm at the Teatro dei Rozzi, and that will end on Friday with the theatrical workshop of creative practices in which will be attended by the international director David Glass and which will be hosted by the Topi Dalmata association in their space in via Piccolomini 52-54.
The Il Risveglio project derives from the wider international project “Ab Project”, which took place in Siena over a two-year course and which brought together the David Glass Ensemble and the Topi Dalmata company in close collaboration. These two realities, merged and guided together during the various workshops, have known and elaborated the causes of the Utoya massacre, the Brevik madness and the social stigma that explores the facts of blood.
“In the theater, problems are not resolved, rather they are staged through a mirror that gives us back a different world through the key of the imagination. This is the work of young people who, as adults, must feel imagined in building a bridge towards this future. Working with an intergenerational group, this workshop will explore, through games and exercises of creative practices, the different occasions of crisis and difficulty that young people find and face, developing their potential and possibilities ”, explain the organizers.
