Charlène of Monaco comes out of the shadows: family photo with Albert and the twins for Easter

Sugar Mizzy April 17, 2022

This Sunday, April 17, Charlène of Monaco finally reappeared after several weeks of absence. The princess has indeed shared on her Instagram account a snapshot where we can see her alongside her husband Prince Albert II, and their twins. A nice family photo for Easter.

A return after long weeks of absence. This Sunday, April 17, on the occasion of Easter, Charlene of Monaco reappeared with all his family. The princely palace of Monaco indeed unveiled on Instagram two photos of the couple and their children. On the first shot, the tribe appears outside, near a swimming pool. Charlene is dressed in a long light dress, surrounded by her husband, who wears a cream suit, and their two children, dressed in similar colors. The young Gabriella, seven years old, well settled in the arms of her mother, wears a little dress and a headband in her hair. Next to her, her twin brother Jacques, took his place just in front of his dad, a khaki jacket over his shoulders.

On the second photo published, we discover the whole little family back, listening to a mass, it seems very private. “LL.AA.SS. Prince Albert and Princess Charlene wish you a very happy Easter“, can we read in the caption of these images, that Charlène of Monaco has relayed on his own Instagram accountby adding a simple message: “Happy Easter”accompanied by a small heart.

Charlene back after several difficult months

These new photos give a little balm to the heart, while the princess continues her recovery. After an eight-month stay in South Africa to treat an ENT infection, the 44-year-old former South African swimmer returned to the Rock on November 8, 2021. But her state of health remains fragile. Indeed, Charlene was interned in Switzerland to follow a treatment of several months, before returning to the Principality on March 12, as revealed in an official press release relayed by AFP. “In agreement with her doctors and while her recovery is on the right track, their Serene Highnesses have agreed that Princess Charlene can now continue her convalescence in the Principality, with her husband and children.could be read there.

And like his company, the health of Prince Albert II of Monaco has not been in good shape in recent days. On March 13, the Palace announced that the sovereign had been tested positive for Covid-19 for the second time. As a precaution, he had been placed in quarantinedespite the absence of symptoms. “He works remotely, in permanent contact with the members of his cabinet, his government as well as with his close collaborators. This period of isolation will adapt to the health rules in force”, was it written in the press release. It would therefore seem that Albert II has recovered and that he was able to spend a beautiful Easter weekend surrounded by his family.
