Inauguration of a new residence in Toulouse
It’s D-day for the Residence le Domaine du Parc in Toulouse : it is performed this Thursday, April 14 in the presence of Jean-Luc Moudenc, Mayor of Toulouse, and Emmanuel Picard, Managing Director of Mésolia, a social enterprise for housing in Occitanie involved in this project.
Social housing, home ownership, citizenship center…
Located in the Reynerie district, the residence is made up of 33 social housing for rent and 12 home ownership units. premises belonging to Toulouse Metropolis Housing as well as a citizenship house complete the building. The apartments for home ownership range from T2 to T5.
The objective is to support the transformation of the Reynerie district. With the proximity of green spaces, shops and transport, the developers hope to make the Domaine du Parc residence the symbol of this dynamic. It is within the framework of this urban renewal plan that Mésolia proposed this project to Toulouse Métropole. Note that the site has been awarded to the architectural firm Vigneu and Zilio. Work started in 2019 and delivery took place in June 2021. The total budget for the operation is 12.5 million euros.
