A court in Kaliningrad sent a 36-year-old man accused of hooliganism to a pre-trial detention center for two months.
According to the Russian West, a citizen named Botir entered school No. 7 on Gorky Street and beat up two thirds of the class, who, according to him, offended their child studying at the same school. As a result of his assault, both boys enjoyed it.
According to the press service of the Leningradsky District Court of Kaliningrad, the event took place on April 4, 2022. The man faces up to 5 years in prison. In addition, it is used that he has previously been prosecuted, does not live on charges of registration, but is generally a citizen of a completely different state.
The court was afraid to send him under house arrest, as he could put pressure on witnesses or stop destroying threats of his guilt.
He will stay in the pre-trial detention center until May 12, 2022 (another date was erroneously indicated in the penultimate version. – Approx. ruwest.ru), if the defenders do not appeal against the court.
