Questioned, Gérard Calvayrac, president of the association of market traders, replied: “This animation which takes place three times a year, requires the authorization of the prefecture and the City. No stand sells alcohol without authorization. It is strictly supervised by a security service and respects closing times at 10.30 p.m.
