Sherif, a renowned restaurant group born in Beirut, which has taken up residence in Monte-Carlo since April 2, 2022. After Harrods in London, the HThe Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo welcomes Em Sherif to Europe with an original concept combining Em Sherif Restaurant, Em Sherif Café and Em Sherif Sea Café. Founded by Mireille Hayek in 2011 to celebrate Lebanese cuisine and culture in all its authenticity, generosity and refinement, Em Sherif will take up residence in
Monaco under the aegis of Yasmina Hayek, daughter of the founder and chef trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute. A family affair that joins the illustrious history of the Principality to the delight of lovers of cuisine that is lived with the heart.

Em Sherif Monte-Carlo settles in for the season 2022 on the ground floorhotel pavement. He offers three versions of the concept in an original way: Em Sherif Restaurant, Em Sherif Café, Em Sherif Sea Café. The menu propose the dishesicons of Em Sherif restaurants with Origine France products, as well as exclusives paying homage to seafood products. Inspired by oriental traditions, the plates feature beautifully calligraphic messages. Among the “Signature” dishes created especially for Monaco:
